About this role
Ruggable is hiring a hands-on Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their Bedford Park, IL facility. The role is embedded on the production floor and focuses on designing, building, modifying, and troubleshooting equipment and processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and uptime. The position partners with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to implement repeatable systems and eliminate chronic equipment issues across Print, Production, and Fulfillment.
