The Continuous Improvement Engineer (IEM360) will deploy and sustain IEM’s enterprise operating system across functions and manufacturing sites, driving lean transformation and strategic execution. Modeled on world-class business systems, the role partners with functional and plant leaders to enable cultural change and support improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. The position requires engagement across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams and includes travel to multiple manufacturing locations.
