About this role
The Continuous Improvement Engineer for GAF Residential Operations will support the establishment and sustainment of continuous improvement capabilities at the new Newton, KS shingle manufacturing facility. The role is part of the plant leadership team, reports to the Plant Manager, and will be involved through the facility's construction, commissioning, and steady-state operations. Ideal candidates have a manufacturing leadership background and will help build the site’s continuous improvement culture.
