Continuous Improvement Engineer

The Continuous Improvement Engineer leads complex, cross-functional projects and engineering-driven initiatives to enhance safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, capacity, and scalability at the Lewisville Distribution Center. This role integrates project management, industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and financial analysis to translate business needs into practical solutions and measurable results. The position partners with distribution center leadership and various functional stakeholders to optimize workflows, labor utilization, material flow, and facility capacity.
