Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern

The Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern supports the deployment and implementation of Lean methodologies to enhance safety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency within the Marmon Transportation Group. This role involves collaborating with plant teams to identify process gaps, facilitate continuous improvement events, and provide training on Lean tools and engineering methods. The intern will work directly with leadership and employees to drive operational excellence and achieve key business metrics.
