Continuous Improvement Excellence Lead

The Continuous Improvement Excellence Lead at Maersk strengthens Operational Excellence capability and problem-solving discipline across the Global Shared Services (GSC) by deploying Lean practices and structured capability-building interventions. This role partners with GSC functions, CI teams, and business leaders to embed OPEX ways of working into daily management routines and value stream performance improvement. The position focuses on enabling a shift from silo optimization to end-to-end value stream thinking through practitioner coaching, governance discipline, and data-driven tracking of capability maturity.
