Continuous Improvement Intern

This role supports Continuous Improvement projects across the organization by collecting and analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. The position involves creating process maps, supporting KPI tracking, and participating in Kaizen events to drive efficiency. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean principles and document project progress and results.
