About this role
The Continuous Improvement Leader I is an entry-level, site-based role that supports deployment of the site’s Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap. Reporting to the Site OpEx Manager, the role assists in driving continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and Kaizen. This position focuses on embedding standard work, metrics, and lean practices across the site to achieve targeted financial and operational improvements.
