About this role

The Continuous Improvement Manager at The Kinetic Group drives operational excellence across manufacturing and support functions by coaching teams on Lean principles and facilitating structured improvement events. This role partners with leadership to identify waste, increase reliability, and strengthen standard work, with success measured by sustained improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The position requires a blend of hands-on manufacturing credibility, strong change leadership skills, and the ability to develop others within a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Kaizen and Blitz improvement events across manufacturing areas
Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles and waste elimination strategies
Apply structured problem-solving methods to address chronic performance gaps
Develop and deliver Lean training to build capability at all organizational levels
Partner with Operations and Engineering to align CI efforts with business priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or BusinessSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
