The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving measurable improvements across the entire value stream, from order receipt through planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. This role uses Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to enhance quality, reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
