About this role

The Continuous Improvement Manager serves as a hands-on operational leader dedicated to driving measurable performance enhancements in manufacturing and business processes through engineering and data-driven problem solving. This role leverages Lean methodologies to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for designing, optimizing, and standardizing critical workflows. Ultimately, the position focuses on delivering sustainable gains in efficiency, quality, cost, and throughput while establishing operational centers of excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process analysis and redesign initiatives to optimize workflows
Facilitate and coach cross-functional Kaizen events and A3 problem-solving projects
Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and structured methodologies to reduce waste and improve stability
Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance capacity utilization and yield
Build a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business objectives and mentor leadership

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical EngineeringLean Six Sigma Black Belt CertificationPMP Certification (Preferred)Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Preferred)7+ Years Manufacturing or Process Engineering Experience
