About this role

As a Continuous Improvement Manager at Copeland, you will drive operational excellence at the Forney Distribution Center by leading the deployment of the Copeland Business System and Lean methodologies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, standardize processes, and build sustainable operating systems that improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This role involves coaching leaders, facilitating Kaizen events, and analyzing operational data to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Drive deployment and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives using the Copeland Business System
Partner with site leadership to develop and execute the Continuous Improvement roadmap
Coach leaders and functional teams on Lean principles and problem-solving tools
Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis activities
Develop and sustain Daily Management Systems and KPI management processes

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
