Continuous Improvement Manager

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean manufacturing initiatives and drive transformational change at its Reno, NV facility. The role involves developing process improvement solutions, mentoring employees on Lean principles, and facilitating Kaizen events to optimize material flow and minimize waste.
