Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the development, implementation, and sustainment of an enterprise-wide continuous improvement programme grounded in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles. The role partners with plant leadership, functional teams, and global CI resources to drive improvements in quality, service, cost, and culture. The position provides strategic direction, coaching, and hands-on support to build CI capability, enhance process performance, and strengthen employee engagement in continuous improvement activities.
