Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads transformation and process excellence across the Shared Services function, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This hands-on role involves developing and delivering a transformation roadmap, redesigning end-to-end finance processes, and implementing automation and digitisation initiatives. The position requires partnering with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to strengthen controls, improve data quality, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
