Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager will develop and implement the continuous improvement and lean vision for the Pleasant Prairie plant by coaching and leading teams to establish a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves planning and facilitating strategic plans, leading lean manufacturing events, and mentoring operations staff to drive reliability and minimize production losses. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret data to motivate action and achieve business objectives.
