Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager will own the site's continuous improvement roadmap and deploy a lean operating system to drive operational excellence. This role involves leading structured problem-solving, kaizen events, and flow improvements while integrating continuous improvement with quality, safety, and compliance standards. The position requires building CI capability across the organization and partnering with finance and engineering to validate savings and deliver returns.
