Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the plant's continuous improvement strategy, driving measurable operational results in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This role involves partnering with operations and support functions to identify constraints, lead critical improvement initiatives, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. The manager is expected to be highly visible on the manufacturing floor, coaching teams and developing problem-solving capabilities throughout the organization.
