About this role

The Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance Manager leads efforts to improve procurement processes and ensure high data quality across the procurement and contract lifecycle management systems. The role supports development, configuration, and optimization of procurement monitoring tools to enable accurate reporting, workflow automation, and compliance with enterprise procurement policy. This position partners with stakeholders to drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.
