The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports operational excellence initiatives throughout the manufacturing facility by observing production processes, collecting and analyzing operational data, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role works directly with operators, supervisors, and management teams to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency while supporting the development of reports and performance metrics. The position involves participating in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving activities to drive process enhancements.
