The Continuous Improvement Specialist collaborates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to identify and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. This role involves leading Kaizen events, coaching operational leaders, and utilizing Lean manufacturing tools to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
