Continuous Improvement Specialist

The Continuous Improvement Specialist leads the deployment of improvement projects aligned with NBS Next initiatives, coaching employees and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the ICS organization. This role involves defining and executing short and long-term strategies to drive results in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost. The specialist will facilitate cost savings initiatives, represent ICS on the global steering committee, and ensure standardization and best practice sharing globally.
