Continuous Improvement Specialist

This role focuses on implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies at the Lonoke facility to drive process improvements and eliminate waste. The specialist will train team members, lead improvement projects, and act as a coach to leaders and employees.
