Continuous Improvement Specialist

This role provides comprehensive productivity services to Operations and leads direct cost reduction programs for the facility. The position focuses on implementing and measuring facility processes while developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs. Key responsibilities include driving best business practices, generating cost reduction opportunities, and coordinating the progression of the Manufacturing Playbook. The specialist also develops performance visuals, conducts waste analysis, and leads plant-wide 5S initiatives.
