Continuous Improvement Specialist

This position supports the continuous improvement efforts of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas by identifying opportunities for expense reduction, efficiency gains, and waste reduction using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. The role involves working with teams to implement these improvements while educating and training employees to build and support a Lean culture. Additionally, the specialist conducts audits, reviews operational procedures, and recommends organizational changes to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
