Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a CI Coordinator 1st shift to join our team. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility. The CI Coordinator is responsible for ensuring plant level Continuous Improvement programs, policies, procedures and systems are developed, implemented and sustained. In this role, you will help schedule and lead Kaizen events to drive improvements in the front-office and shop processes that will impact employee safety, productivity, product delivery performance, cost and factory margins.
