About this role

The Continuous Improvement Technician supports CI professionals and site employees in executing kaizen activities within the CI and Print Shops. This role applies lean concepts and problem-solving skills to assist in process improvement assignments and support 5S events. The position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and is based in Lonoke, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

Assist in key process improvement assignments both mechanical and administrative
Complete kaizen shop work orders and CI team requests
Support implementation of new processes and improve current processes within the facility
