Continuum Substance Abuse Counselor

The Continuum Substance Abuse Counselor provides direct substance abuse treatment counseling services, including treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and case management across the continuum of services at FTS. The role focuses on facilitating positive treatment outcomes and smooth transitions between levels of care while maintaining accurate clinical records and collaborating with treatment teams.
