Contract Administrator Commercial Landscaping

The role involves administering subcontracts and supplier agreements, managing RFIs, variations, and extensions of time, and tracking project costs and budgets for large-scale civil and commercial landscaping projects. The Contract Administrator will ensure compliance with permits, licences, and insurance, and coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects progressing smoothly.
