Contract Administrator (West Alton)

The Contract Administrator role supports the West Alton combined cycle project by managing day-to-day contract administration, including contractual obligations, change orders, correspondence, and compliance across various agreements. The position involves maintaining contract records, processing notices and submittals, administering change-order processes, and supporting invoicing workflows to ensure contractual requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role reports to the Manager of Project Management and coordinates with Ameren’s Purchasing & Contracting organization and Legal.
