Contract Administrator

This role involves supporting the commercial delivery of new build apartment projects by managing subcontract procurement, contract administration, and cost control. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality developments with a stable and collaborative leadership team.
