Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator position within the Procurement and Contract Management Unit is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, from drafting Requests for Proposals and contract documents to negotiating terms and processing invoices. This role requires applying critical thinking to assist staff in meeting project goals while ensuring compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations. The position involves providing technical expertise to contractors, updating specifications, and serving as a liaison for program and project meetings.
