The Contract Administrator assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals for construction projects, ensuring standard company procedures are followed and securing necessary approvals. This role involves managing contract files, processing paperwork for change orders and back charges, and communicating with trade partners and the accounting department to facilitate subcontractor payments. The position requires maintaining accurate records in JD Edwards and supporting the Land Department with clerical and administrative duties.
