Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator provides legal and administrative support to the Legal Department, exercising independent judgment in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating routine legal agreements. This role maintains contract and legal databases, supports litigation, claims, corporate governance, compliance, and M&A activities, and coordinates legal processes across the organization. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
