Contract Closeout Billing Specialist

The Contract Closeout Billing Specialist supports final contract closeout activities for U.S. Government Services contracts, preparing and reconciling final invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements. The role involves utilizing Deltek Costpoint and Cognos to calculate final billings, submitting invoices through government payment systems, and maintaining detailed reporting to manage closeout backlogs. This position partners with internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies and drive timely contract closeouts.
