Contract Development & Manufacturing Manager

This role serves as the site lead for Contract Manufacturing Organizations, acting as the single point of accountability and interface between Amgen and external partners for Drug Product and Finished Drug Product operations. The position involves developing robust business processes, managing budgets and contracts, and driving operational excellence to improve contract site performance. Additionally, the role requires leading project management, technology transfers, and site issue resolution while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
