This role provides best-in-class recruiting services to support RHA Health Services by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating search strategies to contract negotiations. The incumbent builds candidate networks through proactive outreach and partners with hiring managers to attract top talent for individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. The position focuses on improving time to hire and retention while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
