Contract Manager

The Contract Manager takes a lead role in managing and influencing the commercial, contractual, and risk aspects of EP, CM, C, or EPC projects for known clients and joint venture partners. As a key member of the Project Management Team, the position serves as the project's advisor on contractual and commercial issues, focusing on managing commercial risk and optimizing project profitability. The role involves acting as the main interface with owners and joint venture partners to administer agreements and resolve disputes.
