The Contract Manufacturing Manager oversees third-party contract manufacturers within a designated country or region, serving as the primary contact for supplier activities and ensuring they receive necessary engineering, technical, and process-safety support. This role standardizes external manufacturing practices to enhance production efficiency and manage costs while leading supplier performance management and continuous improvement across various operational areas. The position also supports new product launches and the introduction of new activities at existing or new suppliers.
