Contract Procurement Manager

The Contract Procurement Manager manages contract procurement for Garver, including overseeing other procurement staff and reviewing prime agreements to ensure risk-related terms are properly integrated into subconsultant agreements. This role involves advising and supporting Project Managers by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal and commercial elements of subconsultant agreements to ensure compliance with prime agreements and company policies. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accurate and timely contract deliverables, and providing training and support to staff on subcontracting requirements.
