Contract Responsible

The Contract Responsible supports the Project Director in managing the Main Construction Contract for the Casablanca project, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety constraints. The role involves overseeing main contracts and sub-contracts, managing communications, negotiating change orders, and actively monitoring contractual risks. Additionally, the position provides contractual support to the procurement team and handles claims, variations, and dispute management.
