Contract Review Specialist

The Contract Review Specialist reviews, analyzes, and manages vendor contracts, service agreements, and legal documents to ensure alignment with the credit union's policies and regulatory requirements. This role partners with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract intake, identify key terms and risks, and support the timely execution and maintenance of agreements. The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Legal Operations Department through matter tracking, document management, and workflow coordination.
