The Procurement Contract Officer supports the Procurement Team Leader at the ConocoPhillips Norsea Terminal to manage supply chain activities, contracted services, and commercial contracts for oil reception and processing operations. Responsibilities

Support and drive Contract Management of key business contracts
Maintain Contract Documentation for audit compliance and good business practices
Solicit commercial proposals and negotiate contractual terms and conditions
Implement and maintain Company's E-procurement processes and tools
Develop client review contract strategies and vendor selection criteria

Qualifications

Degree level qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying or EngineeringChartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply qualification or equivalent
