Contract Specialist

This role involves planning and developing procurements, issuing solicitations, conducting cost analyses, and managing the entire bid process from pre-bid conferences through contract award. The incumbent will lead contract negotiations, administer contracts from award to closeout, and serve as a liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
