Contract Specialist

The Contract Specialist is responsible for the procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors to support contract maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. This role manages the entire lifecycle of purchase orders and subcontracts, including defining requirements, negotiating with sources, and ensuring compliance with FAR and labor regulations.
