Contract Specialist

The Part-Time Contracts Specialist supports the President in reviewing, preparing, and executing contracts for transportation services and logistics solutions. This role involves performing first-level reviews of customer, carrier, and vendor agreements against company standards, flagging non-standard terms, and preparing proposed redlines for executive approval. The position requires close collaboration with C-suite executives, corporate attorneys, and internal teams to ensure agreements are accurate, current, and properly managed through the approval process.
