Contracting & Acquisitions Agent

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is seeking a Contracting & Acquisitions Agent to manage the procurement, purchasing, and acquisition of goods and services for the state agency. This full-time role involves maintaining contract files, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The position serves as a backup to the Director of Procurement and Purchasing while providing technical guidance to agency staff and vendors.
