About this role

The Contractor Program Manager (CPM) leads end‑to‑end performance of a cleared, multi‑task‑order federal contract for an Intelligence Community customer, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, staffing, and Agile maturity. This on‑site role serves as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and senior leadership, managing transitions, subcontractor relationships, and compliance with security and government regulations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end contract performance across cost, schedule, quality, and staffing
Lead phased transition of legacy contracts and knowledge transfer
Author and maintain Program Management and Security Plans and deliver status reports
Supervise task order leads and manage resource leveling across multiple orders
Drive Agile maturity improvements and manage subcontractor relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or BusinessMaster's degree (reduces experience requirement)Project Management Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CPM, CPMP)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certificationAWS Cloud Practitioner or higher AWS certification
