Contract/Procurement Professional- Level II

The Contract/Procurement Professional- Level II supports the Contracting Officer across the full procurement lifecycle, from acquisition planning and proposal evaluation to contract administration and close-out. The role serves as the contracting specialist for purchases under 40K and assists with specialized NATO-related work, including Foreign Military Sales and National Security Investment Program contracts. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of procurement experience, including two years across pre-award, award, and post-award phases on competitively awarded contracts, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
