Draft, negotiate, and manage various contractual documents including NDAs and subcontracts
Create and maintain accurate contract records ensuring data integrity and compliance
Ensure all contract actions are executed in accordance with internal policies and audit standards
Leverage AI and automation tools to drive departmental efficiencies and improve workflows
Monitor subcontractor and vendor compliance, performance, and deliverables

Qualifications
